Biography:
Since admission to the Bar, Mr Scheüerle has represented the interests of New Jersey Transit Rail Operations, Inc., New Jersey Transit Bus Operations, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (Septa Bus and Rail Divisions), National Railroad Passenger Corporation ("Amtrak"), Enterprise Rent a Car and Avis/Budget in traumatic injury claims as well as claims against public entitles (N.J.S. Title 59) in occupational injury and disease claims.  He also represents the interests of several major insurers and self-insured corporations in commercial and civil litigation with concentration in transportation litigation.

Mr.Scheüerle is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Association of Railrod Trial Counsel and Trucking Industry Defense Association.  He is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania State Courts, the United States District Courts, the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr Scheüerle has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest distinction, AV Preeminent peer review rating in rating by his peers and has been selected as Top Rated Lawyer as published in The American Lawyer and Corporate Counselor Magazine and has for many years been recognized as a "Super-Lawyer" in Pennsylvania as selected by his peers and independent research.  Mr. Scheüerle is a distinguished graduate of Georgetown University where he was the captain of the football and Lacrosse teams while earning 8 Varsity letters and was recognized by the Dean of the Business School for his outstanding contributions to Georgetown University as a scholar athlete.

Mr. Scheüerle resides with his wife Linda and his three sons and daughter in Bryn Mawr, PA.
